A little about me and my work

We live in a fast world. There is little time to pause and tune into the natural world around us. Little time to stop. Appreciate. The world is rich with visual pleasures and, if you were to slow down, begin to immerse yourself in the smallest and most ordinary of things such as a single leaf, you will find whole tiny worlds. This is what inspires me to create the art that I do, to communicate the feeling of being deeply connected with nature, and consequently ourselves.  

My creations are heavily influenced by the natural world. The tiny details in nature consisting of spiralling fractals and vibrant creatures. There is so much magic and enchantment in the ordinary!

Sound system culture and festival culture has also had a major role in the artwork that I produce. For me, dancing in front of a sound system and feeling the deep vibrations of music is similar to the euphoria of being sat on a mossy woodland floor admiring bugs and fungi nestled in the moss. Growing up going to festivals as a kid and being in awe of the psychedelic decor definitely shaped how I view creating and determined where I wanted to take my artwork going into my teenage years. 

Creating the work that I do has allowed me to make some beautiful connections with people from all over the art, music and festival scene and I truly can't wait to see where else it takes me as I continue to create from the heart and share my passion with everyone. It means the world to find people that also resonate with my art.
